Split/Trogir – Blue Lagoon (Drvenik V.) – Maslinica (Šolta) –  Borkko beach bar  (Čiovo) Split/Trogir

Four and a half hours is enough time to get well clear of Split or Trogir, swim in open water, walk through a stone island village, and still be back on the mainland before dinner. This tour does exactly that, covering three stops along a stretch of coastline that most visitors only see from a distance. It runs twice daily from April through October, with a morning departure at 9am and an afternoon option at 2pm, so it fits into almost any schedule.

The boat accommodates up to 12 guests and departs from the same points as the rest of our boat tours from Split and boat tours from Trogir.

Blue Lagoon, Krknjaši Bay

Krknjaši Bay sits in the narrow channel between the islands of Drvenik Mali and Drvenik Veli, roughly 20 nautical miles from Split. The lagoon is sheltered on both sides, which keeps the water unusually calm and warm by mid-season. The bottom is pale sand and pebble, and the clarity is consistent enough that you can see clearly at four or five meters depth without any equipment. Snorkeling gear is included in the tour price. This is the main swimming stop, and the boat stays long enough to make it worthwhile rather than a quick photo opportunity.

If you want to spend a full day exploring this area with a private boat and a more flexible itinerary, the Blue Lagoon private tour covers the same waters with more stops and no shared schedule.

Maslinica, Šolta Island

Šolta sits less than ten nautical miles from Split and has been producing some of the finest olive oil in Dalmatia since Roman times. The island never developed significant tourism infrastructure, which is part of what makes it worth visiting. Maslinica is its westernmost village, a small harbor settlement built around a 17th-century castle. The Castello Vitturi was constructed in 1703 as a watchtower and refuge during a period of persistent piracy in the central Adriatic. It still stands at the edge of the harbor, and the village around it has changed slowly enough that the scale and material of the original settlement is still legible. There are a couple of seaside cafés, a small marina, and stone streets that take about ten minutes to walk end to end. It is a quiet stop that gives you a genuine sense of the island without requiring hours to explore.

Borko Beach Bar, Čiovo

Čiovo is the island directly across from Trogir, connected to the old town by a short bridge. Branac Bay on its northern shore is home to Borko Beach Bar, the final stop before the return to Split or Trogir. It works well as a closing stop: a last swim in sheltered water, a drink on the way back, and a gradual reentry into the pace of the mainland. It is low-key by design and does not need to be more than that.

What Is Included

The price covers speedboat transport with a licensed English-speaking guide, fuel, all port fees and insurance, snorkeling equipment, water and coffee on board, and use of the onboard shower. Food, personal expenses, and gratuity are not included.
