1) Bookings & Online Payments

  • We offer both public/shared tours and private tours.
  • Reservations are confirmed after successful online payment (or payment authorization, depending on the payment method used).
  • By booking, you agree to this Cancellation & Weather Policy.

2) Customer Cancellations (Public/Shared & Private Tours)

Unless your booking confirmation states different terms, the following rules apply:

  • More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure or no show: No refund

3) Rescheduling by the Customer

  • You may request to reschedule up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability.
  • Requests made within 24 hours of departure may be treated as a late cancellation.
  • If approved, the new date/time will be confirmed in writing (message or email).

4) Late Arrival & No-Show

  • Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.
  • If you arrive late, the tour duration may be shortened to keep the schedule.
  • If you miss the departure and the tour cannot proceed, it may be considered a no-show (no refund).

5) Operator Cancellations

We may cancel a tour for safety or operational reasons (for example: unsafe sea conditions, severe weather, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control).

If we cancel, you will be offered:

  • An alternative date/time (reschedule), or
  • A full refund

6) Weather & Sea Conditions

Your safety and comfort are our priorities. In case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, we may:

  • Adjust the itinerary to ensure a safe experience
  • Offer an alternative date for the tour
  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not an option

Important notes:

  • Light rain or cloudy weather does not necessarily require cancellation.
  • The final decision to depart, adjust the route, or cancel is made by the captain/crew based on safety and local conditions.

7) Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refund processing time depends on your bank/payment provider. We process approved refunds promptly after confirmation.
