From Maslinica, a taxi will take us to the village of Srednje Selo, located in the heart of Šolta.
There, you’ll be greeted by Goran, a passionate beekeeper who will introduce you to the fascinating world of bees. You’ll have the opportunity to taste unique, homemade honey and hear captivating stories about bees and honey production.
After the honey presentation, we’ll take a short walk to a small, family-run winery that has been producing high-quality olive oil and wine for generations.
There, you’ll be greeted and hosted by local winemaker who is passionate about providing you a unique and enjoyable experience in the ambience of a traditional Dalmatian stone house.
You’ll enjoy a wine presentation with tastings of three different wines, as well as an olive oil tasting and a selection of traditional Dalmatian finger food (prosciutto, homemade cheese, anchovies, homemade bread…).
With satisfied appetites, we’ll head back to the boat for a refreshing swim and snorkeling.
